Default XP service pack 3

I have a old computer with windows XP that I use for my CCTV. I want to add
that computer to my network but I need SP3
Question how do I get XP SP3 to download to my flash drive?

Are you saying SP3 and networking are somehow related? I don't see
how.

Regarding the download...when you're prompted to provide a location to
save the SP3 download, just specify your flash drive, assuming it's
big enough to accommodate the downloaded file. You didn't ask for a
download link, so I assume you have that.

Networking has been part of Windows since DOS days. Adding a service
pack won't make Windows do networking that it already does. There is
some OTHER reason why you think you need SP-3 for Windows XP.

I don't see how.


Maybe it fixes some bugs and/or security-holes (in the networking part?) and
he thinks that is a good idea ? Maybe one of the programs coming with that
CCTV device refuses to work without SP3 ?

but sp3 is not needed for networking

Maybe your specific software is asking for it I guess/
