Default Standalone vehicle DVR

Hi folks,
I'm having problems in trying to install a 4 channel An-tone. I've install
the CD-ROM ,so that's all ok. When I do plug in the DVR via usb,it goes
through the new hardware found procedure and is recognised as a Mass Storage
Device. On the final stage,Windows fails to recognise the DVR. I have also a
similar problem with an Oregon Scientific AC2k camera,I gave up and sold it
on. Could the fault be in the associated drivers? Thanks in advance
regards
Paul
