Need a lot more information to be able to assist here...... in what format
are the videos you are trying to watch? At which sites? Do you have the correct software installed? What do the sites say about which software(s) need to be installed to see their videos? Sounds like your internet connection isn't fast enough, and your connection
is buffering all the time. How fast is your DSL/Broadband/Cable connection? When did you last: Defrag your hard drive?
