Hi cant listen to radio or play videos of the net. can anyone help.

Need a lot more information to be able to assist here...... in what format
are the videos you are trying to watch? At which sites? Do you have the
correct software installed? What do the sites say about which software(s)
need to be installed to see their videos?

Unfortunately it's easier to answer the question 'how long is a piece of
string' than answer your query without more information.

Ive got windows xp and its any radio station. Cant use you tube or download
music videos they are played back in tiny bits and sound is not good

Sounds like your internet connection isn't fast enough, and your connection
is buffering all the time. How fast is your DSL/Broadband/Cable connection?

When did you last:
Defrag your hard drive?
Run Disk Cleanup and empty your Temporary Internet Files folder?

The sound on You Tube videos isn't good even when you're not having
problems playing them back.
