I can't format my PC filei386ntkrnlmp.exe

Default I can't format my PC filei386ntkrnlmp.exe

Hello, to every one...


my computer is always restarting when the windows logo apear so i decided to
format it...but when i try to format it their is a word appears saying file
i386ntkrnlmp.exe could not be loaded.
error code is 4096.

I have tested all my
hardware, even the RAM, in another computer and they work just
fine.

(sorry for my english...)

can anyone please HELP ME how to solve this problem!!!!

You cannot use an OS to format itself. Think about it: you are trying
to yank away all its files trying to format the hard disk.

Boot using the Windows install CD and select to format the partition.
That works because the OS you are currently running was loaded off the
CD, not from the hard disk.
