how do i bring the start bar back on, it has completly dissapeared. thanks

Default help!!!

You might've just shrunk it down to where you can't see it anymore.
Move your mouse to the very edge of the screen where the taskbar lies,
click the left mouse button, and drag towards the middle of the screen.
It should expand into the screen.
