Default Error Accessing the System Registry

Hello Newsgroup,

I got this error when I choose tools|references of the VB Editor Menu of
all office application. In my effort to see a solution a get in to this
article which is the closest possible. However, it is silent about XP.
Anyway, I still try to apply it (relying on system restore if there would be
problem). Up to this moment I don't see any harm that it did to my PC but
it neither fix my problem.

Can anyone please help me?

TIA
