messenger...........

I have two problems both with messenger the first
is when i open up messenger that ame with my pc it
constanily comes with a erro message saying'' messenger
has encountered a problem and needs to close sorry for
any inconvience''

The second is since installing msn 6.2 i
constantilly get white boxes popping up saying
select a contact if i have contacts on line then i can
occasionaly ge through to them but more than often
i cant contact anyone, this problem only has appereard
since i have had 6.2
also when it reaches 37 white pop up boxes it stops
poppping but normally freezes my whole screen
it is driving me mad and id aprreciate it if any one can
help me get rid of both my problems or at least one of
them so i can use messenger and be happy again!!!

You're not the only one who has experienced this problem. You can find install 6.1 which
doesn't have this problem, but be aware that it will attempt to update to 6.2:

Hopefully this will be resolved in the next build of 6.2.
