Is it possible to connect to internet (dialup ) using two modems at the same
time for one connection? If yes then would there be any change in the
speed... and what's the process?

It's possible, if you're asking if you can have 2 modems and use them
together, but you'll be tying up 2 phone lines (not just 2 jacks, but 2
separate lines) and your ISP will have to allow you to have multiple
sign-ons at the same time; most don't allow that. In which case, you'll have
to pay for a second account. After you've got it all hooked up and paid for,
you'll find out that it's not going to be as fast as you hope.

You can't connect 2 modems to one phone line or one connection.
