If you do a search for winsxs GB you'll find 20, 30, 60....
There's no limit to the madness.


I had a Vista laptop with 80 GB used. It was
updated to 7 and still took up 80 GB of space.
(Very little software.) I had to reinstall Vista
from scratch, then do the update, in order to
clean out the mess.


Wow. I really wished there was a way to get rid of these left overs
fully.
