Microsoft Internet Explorer

Since I am new to this , I just got a new Dell computer
with windows XP Home addition. I would like to make my
Home page Microsoft Internet Explorer . At the present
time it says at the top AOL By Dell when I start my
computer.
Can anyone help with that ,I would be most thankful . I
have AOL as my ISP at the present time.

If you're new to this, you may not feel comfortable
messing with the registry, but if you have a friend who
can help or something, you can try this:

This is the only way (that I know of) to change the title
bar.
