Default OEM version of XP pro?

-----Original Message-----
Many sites are selling XP pro (full) for about $150.
It's the OEM version and usually ships with "a piece of

hardware".
What's up with this? It sounds great but is there a

catch?
Here's an example:

.
I got my cersion as an OEM, I got it for $89 and Office

XPw/FPXP. I paid only $89 for each one, and they are the
full CD and not just updates. They are in great shape.
Most places will not ship w/o hardware, but the place I
use shipped just the software.
