Default Can't start WindowsXP.

Hi,

Under the security tab (on drive C), I have removed all users except mine.
The result is that I can't start WindowsXP !
How can I correct it?
How can I define the SYSTEM and ADMINISTRATOR again?

Thanks,
Oren.
