Default Fatal Execution Engine Error (0x7927f26e)

I continually have been getting this error message when trying to open my HP
Director. I noticed some earlier questions about this and haved tried several
restores going back to May of 2009 with same results. I am also getting JLT
debugging error 0x2(2) and a cordbg.exe !a0x2ac. Like my screen name
indicates..........
