Make default into Delete completely?
Is there any way to temporarily make the default for the Delete key into
Delete completely, as opposed to Send to the Recycle Bin? I've recorded, with RadioMaximus, about 1700 songs in three days and about 600 are duplicates, scattered through the list of them. I don't want them in the Recycle bin, but want to speed up deleting them. |

Depends how long you regard as temporary, you could hold down the shift key, or sellotape it down :-) Good ideas. Maybe a toothpick stuck in. Alternatively if you look at properties of recycle bin, there's a setting to bypass the recycler Perfect! |

In all the years I've used Windows I don't think I've ever looked at Properties for the RB. I've always just used Shift-Del... Thanks While you're there, that's also how you can disable the delete confirmation dialog. On new systems, I always disable UAC, system restore, and delete confirmation as the first three steps. |
