Default unable to restore encrption applied backups

I had backed up my data using backup feature of xp os with service pack3.
Prior to backup i had put into th mode of encrption of datas. More over
after backup, i had put the same option for th tape itself. Now after
installing xp serice pack 2, iam unable to restore data. Th message is tht”
you dont hav permission to access the files. It can be accessed to only
the person named aaa09, that was there before formating. After reinstalling,
ihave made my administer name as ritz 2009

Help me soon

Did you use EFS encryption? If so, if you did not backup the encryption
key, you will never be able to decrypt the data.

If your encryption certificates and keys were not backed up for
transfer to the new OS installation, and the workstation isn't part of a
domain (whose Administrator might be able to act as the designated
recovery agent), those files are gone, for all practical purposes.
Encryption works well and there is no "back door" or hack to access the
files. (Wouldn't be much point to EFS if it were easily by-passed.)

Your only hope here is if the 'aaa09' profile folder (under 'documents and
Settings') was included in the backup. If it was, you may have the encryption
key in there, If so, to use it you would need to reinstate that account with
the same password as previously, and then (as another user) copy the data
into the profile.

If you don't have copy of the profile then there is not much hope.
