Default Installing software for all users

I added two software packages as admin in all users, I opened both up to make
sure that they finished installing.

The problem comes when a new user logs into the machine a finish installation
windows opens and the programs finish installing then a an initials window
appears each time a new user logs in. How do I stop these windows?

Do you really want to? Each user will probably have different initials
and programs such as Word use those initials to identify documents.

The installation was in a lab with different users - the teacher feels this
looks like an unfinished installation because this appears.

This was installed in a lab of 25 machines - the teacher feels this makes it
look like its an unfinished installation.

The installation IS unfinished until each user inputs their initials.
