Default Sticky Keys

Is there any possible way to remove sticky keys or stop
them from coming up at all, the use sticky keys box is
unticked and still the annoying thing keeps coming up. plz
can someone help me.

In the Control Panel Accessibility Options Keyboard open the
"Settings" for the feature and disable the hotkey.
