Default repeated download & successful install of Windows update KB967715

After a recent complete system recovery of my Windows XP Media Center Edition
2005 and reloading about 200 Windows updates so far, I keep getting critical
update KB967715 on Automatic Updating asking me everyday for the last 5 days
to install it. It has been successfully installed about 15 times. How can I
stop this nonsense from showing up in my updates window?
It's just this one that keeps showing up every day?
Can anyone help me please? Thanks.
