Default FIX : missing CD-ROM after Iomega REV drive removal

I got a Code 19 error (yellow exclamation point) with my CD-ROM under
device manager after uninstalling the Iomega software the came with my
REV 35 Drive. It seems that the uninstaller may not have done its job
right. Running IBM xSeries server w/ SBS 2003.

This MS article did the trick:

FYI - I only saw the LowerFilters value to delete for my particular
issue, but the article lists both values. CD-ROM was back in device
manager after reboot.
