Cannot update KB953297 in XP

I constantly receive a message that new updates are available to install for
XP but each time I try I get an error message. KB953297 How do I solve this
problem?

your problem is related to a Security Update and cite the update's KB number

If your problem relates to a Cumulative Security Update for IE, call the
