Default enabling and configuring fax

When I try to configure my laptop (XP Professional) for
sending faxes, it asks me for the Windows XP CD, which I
don't have. I can't get beyond that point in the setup.
What should I do? I'm a rookie, obviously.

You must have the Windows XP source files to install fax. Where are they?

I hav a similar issue: Windows demands Service PAck 1 CD be installed - and of course I do not have that. i have tried inserting all disks that came with my PC, to no avail./Help would be appreciated.
