Windows Picture and Fax Viewer
Where can one find the executable file for this program in Windows XP ???
When I right-click a graphic and select "Open With" it is listed, but I cannot find the actual file. TIA, Sam Hagen

You use rundll32.exe to call (run) those methods by their entry point (export) name.
