WinXP desktop Icon settings
In my desktop all icons are appearing with shadow in its back side and all
names of these icons are appearing in a rectangular box with different colour than desktop. How I can reset are change the appearence of desktop Icons.

WinXP desktop Icon settings
Click on the Start button
Select Control Panel Then select Performance and Maintenance/Adjust Visual Effects/"Use drop shadows for icon labels on the Desktop".
