Default How to edit video clips in swf format?

Can someone please make this idiot proof for me? I downloaded the videos
clips from www.beyondbiofeedback.com. They are in the swf. format. I then
copied to a cd and also to dvd. To make them play though i have to go to my
computermy cd/dvd driveright click a clip and select play. I have to repeat
the process for all of the clips. Is there anyway to create a CD or DVD that
can be inserted and the clips will begin playing without me having to start
each one? Please Help!

Maybe the following freeware
would be worth a try:

DVD Flick
