The main question I have, is we are on XP, will this beta replace Windows
Messenger 4.7 or will we end up having to have 2 messengers running? |

Windows Messenger 5 beta questions
Greetings,
Yes and No -- it will replace Windows Messenger 4.7, but MSN Messenger 5 (and future MSN Messenger) versions will run separately. ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Windows MVP, Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com "nooneyouknow" wrote in message . .. Windows Messenger 5 beta questions
Is the beta available anywhere for download. I didn't even know they were working on it. Version 4.7 keeps logging me off and showing me as online and so does MSN Messenger. Neither of them work properly. -----Original Message----- Greetings, Yes and No -- it will replace Windows Messenger 4.7, but MSN Messenger 5 (and future MSN Messenger) versions will run separately. ____________________________________________ Jonathan Kay Windows MVP, Messenger Associate Expert http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/expertzone/ Messenger Resources - http://messenger.jonathankay.com "nooneyouknow" wrote in message ...
