Maybe best thing to is stop reading or buy bigger screen because new lcd's
doesn't allow to change pixel resolution. I can increase text size but I
prefer to read only the titles to see if the subject is interesting or I can
ask for opinions about Windows but I always try not to mention the price o
software because all our technology is imported I guess from Great Britain.
Then we have a small technological community. For me is very hard to adapt
the translation to teach the Windows, but I don't mind because they are
smart enough to learn by themselves. Older guys sometimes say this is only a
tool to use as we like. Once I thought I could buy baby clothes or control
the weather outside with a camera but know I think is easier to go outside
and observe for myself or ask opinion about tomorrow. Thing is this is very
useful to communicate. The concept per-se of telling where do we live and
show my family and myself could be interesting for curious people but they
want to come and seat on the sofa to watch TV and we are not mentally
prepared to accept all kinds of visitors because we have our limitations,
not only regarding to communication, if we had a large tablet we could share
the webpages. So I think I'm not unique or original neither people in the
world have their own problems. If Windows could care and like people would
be better than playing FreeCell and tune the radio wondering there are lots
of foreigners that doesn't mind with troll shows even If they are dum.

Yep, that is why it is call HARDware. You don't change resolution at
the monitor. You change it is the OS for what it uses for its 'screen'.

When you buy a bigger monitor, text will become SMALLER. Why? Your
text is set to use a specific number of pixels. When you get a bigger
monitor, pixels are SMALLER. So the same number of pixels used to
display a text character will occupy LESS space in the monitor. To use
the increased pixel density of the larger monitor to improve sharpness
(more pixels per character) and to increase the size of text, you need
to increase the DPI - yep, another setting in the OS, not the monitor.

I can increase text size

WHERE? In the windows and desktop in the OS? Or inside some
*unidentified* application?

but I
prefer to read only the titles to see if the subject is interesting

Complain to the authors who don't make titles substantially larger than
the article text.

or I can
ask for opinions about Windows

WHERE? Here in Usenet using an NNTP client or when visiting some
web-based forum using a web browser?

You are mixing in costs, some unidentified "community", and
translations. You started with noting your difficulty in reading small
text and now throw in a miscellany of other topics.

Oh, I see, you are our local troll that posts meandering drivel that
never does have a focus.
rest of your post snipped

Please post your diarhhea in the appropriate local: your toilet.

You may need the services of an optometrist.

Get an accurate prescription, then have a set of spectacles made with
LARGE circular lenses, like these....
http://hellogiggles.com/wp-content/u...otter4.jpg?123
(They're called "Harry Potters". or "John Lennons")
http://www.zennioptical.com/eyeglasses?Ntt=john lennon

Do not stuff around with fashion specs because you will only use these
for the computer. And be sure to tell your optometrist this.

Note: Circular lenses can be manually rotated in the frames so
allowing fine- tuning of astigmatism and this is important for small
letters, especially the sans-serif sort.

The spectacles are cheap; get dedicated pairs for the TV, computer,
driving, reading in bed.
