Default are these registry entries weird, or normal?

Greetings

I have been having no luck creating a new user account. Following
the ever so helpful advice found on line, [{I know " Go not to the Net
for answers, for it will tell you Yes and No. And you are a bloody
fool, only an ignorant cretin would even ask the question, forty two,
47, the second door, and how many blonde lawyers does it take to
change a lightbulb."}
I have attempted to correct the registry entries, which would be
simplified if I had the correct incorrect entries. But I don't even
have the right wrong entries.
What I have is:
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows
NT\CurrentVersion\ProfileList
S-1-5-18
S-1-5-19
S-1-5-20
S-1-5-21-2313257807-2875506227-549575133-1001

I'm missing the entry
S-1-5-21-2313257807-2875506227-549575133-1001.bak
so either that is not 'wrong' or this is not the source of my problem.

Checking values the ProfileImagePath entry a

%systemroot%\system32\config\systemprofile
C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\LocalService
C:\Windows\ServiceProfiles\NetworkService
C:\Users\Owner

Something tells me that this is "Ol Korrect", and my issues are
elsewhere.

I have tried downloading Default from another computer, that
didn't work. And I have tried downloading it from on line and that
didn't work.

This was suppose to be a simple hack, and that was 4 plus hours
ago.

I forgot what I wanted to ask.

I have the four entries and no ***.bak .

The ProfileImagePath inside S-1-5-18 and friends is the same as yours.

I'm using Windows 7 in a VM for reference while I'm typing.

https://developer.microsoft.com/en-u...dge/tools/vms/

In the C:\Users directory I have

All Users\
Default\ (grayed out, tools : folder options : view to modify)
Default user\
IEUser\ (primary account on the Microsoft VM)
Public\
desktop.ini (visible when tools : folder options : view adjusted)

Maybe your problem is, you cannot see "Default" right now, as the
view needs to be adjusted.

No, it's not there. I reset Views to show hidden, and
extensions, practically as one of the first things I did.
