Default Need help with font size

I must be having a brain cramp- on my XP SP3 desktop all of the fonts
have become small and difficult to read - same with Windows Exporer.
Is there a way to configure these to make them larger and bolder?
I once knew how this could be done, but can't remember how.

Would SKS assist?
