Default Netgear MR 314 router and MSN messenger

Does Netgear 314 support MSN voice and video features? If not, what
should I do to set it up to use the voice and video features? Thanks.

Greetings Michael,

In order to use voice/video in Messenger through a router, your router will need to support
Universal Plug and Play (UPnP). As far as I know, the MR314 does not have UPnP support and
as such, you won't be able to use voice/video with just Messenger. You may be able to get
around the non-UPnP problem by using ENat for Messenger:
