uploading images

Hi - experts
i cannot upload images
i am using windows XP(firewall enabled) with zonealarm
(it asks - i say yes if it is something i expect to be
try to use
I cannot upload images from my pc - i am using winXP
Eudora or during MSN Chat sessions or 3 ftp clients
i'll be buggered if i know what is going onm

because i can upload images to my isp using ftp -= no
wurries - on aanother pc - using the same ftp app - to my
iso - no worries
helpif you know why

i have tried

macromedia dreamweaver (native ftp client)
WU_FTP LE - it isfree
Smart FTP
and i have tried command line

it wont work from this pc

it works - like a peach from other pc's
