Default firewall Setup

15 PCs are in 10.10.1.1-10.10.1.15
Another set of 15 PCs are in 10.10.2.1 - 10.10.2.15
Subnet Mask is 255.255.255.0
Users in 10.10.1.0 should not be able to access 10.10.2.0 network and
vice versa. Is it possible to set up using any built in options ?

2. I have a server which I need to protect using this firewall but at the same
time we need this server to be accessed by the clients. I think we need to
set up a VPN for this access . Is it possible by using Windows Server 2003 ?
