Ramesh,

I read your posts and tried ToolbarCop also. Great tool! And thanks for
helping out on this post and the ones dated 2/13/2005 regarding Knowledge
Base online searches via Help and Support Center. Through all our dabbling,
we seem to have found that download managers (and possibly others that
"integrate" with IE) cause some problems with the KB search results. Maybe
this will help others in the future. For me specifically, I think I am now
convinced that 40 results is all there is going to be (unless somebody else
discovers something to the contrary). If you like you can read my "final"
post on the matter responding to imtigger on 2/13/2005.

I read your reply to imtigger and noted this:

I get some (41) responses but not as many as I think would be available
if KB Search was working correctly


Can you tell what search phrase you used. I'll test the same from here.
