How can I remove incorrect 'xx unread messages' from Welcome Scree
I recently created a second user account on my PC, and transferred my email
identity and email account to the new user. I imported all the existing messages into the 2nd user's Outlook Express inbox, then deleted them from the first user's inbox. Email now works correctly - i.e all new email goes to the new user, and the Welcome Screen shows the correct number of unread messages next to the 2nd user's picture. However, the first user's picture still has "31 unread messages" even though it now has no active email account and all messages are deleted. I've tried logging out, shutting down the computer, all to no effetc. I just can't get rid of it. Any ideas? |
