WinFax PRO 10.03 Repeats send
WinFax Pro 10.03 has started to repeat sending a fax which has already
completed and in the Send Log. The message says "negotiating..... " and will not stop when I try to cancel that send. I have to use the Task Manager to close it. Sometimes it happens when I send one page to one recipient and other times it happens when I send to multiple recipients. With multiple recipients WinFax will return to the first number and attempt to redial. This problem is erratic. It started after an update to HP Compaq dc 5100 MT (PT013AW). I have an external modem: US Robotics 56K faxmodem USB This my office computer and modem. I do not have administrator privileges. I am the only one with WinFax. Any ideas? Is there a fix for this? Thank you Mary PS I have WinFax Pro 10.03 on my home computer and do not have this problem
