Default win 32

Hope you all can help, My son is in the middle east with his laptop and
finally got a internet line. He tried to download Mcafee internet security
suite 8. He says he keeps getting an error message that says something
about the program not being a part of the win 32 application. He cant call
out so I tried Mcafee, no help. Can someone give me some information that I
can send to him that will help.
Thanks

I can offer these suggestions:

1. If you can get the exact wording of the error message you can contact
McAfee directly and relay their answer back to your son.
2. I think the military uses a customized version of the software. If so, I
would think that the source in the military that provides the software could
be in a better position to help him out.

Please thank your son for his service and let him know that we apprecioate
what he's doing.
