Default How to visualize file Attribut under W8.1

Hello,
I did not find a way to visualize folders and files attributes
under W8.1
I have some folder like "C:\Users\xxxx\Documents\Sticky Passwords" which are
not
saved by "Acronis true
Image" if the check box "Exclude System files" is checked, but i am unable
to
display the System attribute for this this folder.
I tried Attrib /s /d under CMD, but no "S" is displayed.
Thanks for any answer.
