Default Button Start tip

Rightclick on taskbar and make new toolbar with shortcut to:

C:\ProgramData\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu

Then you can open folder and manage as you like.

That's a really neat "hack"!

Only contains shortcuts that are part of the "All Users" profile, but
then again, not many shortcuts go to a specific users profile.

Nicely done!

Thanks Jon that was [and still is] really useful to me. I have over 200
programs installed and there is so many folders that
'start-button/programs' sends them right across the screen with some
disappearing off screen right. This allows me to access all of them
great ! Thanks again.

That's a lot of programs. Maybe that's why Microsoft invented new start
menu. I like old start button because shortcuts are near each other and we
don't need to move cursor so much. But for people with hundreds of programs
I believe it's better to use modern menu.
