Default "RPC server is unavailable"

Everything was working fine then all of a sudden I can't
print. There is no printer showing to uninstall.

I am logged on as the Administrator yet I can not add my
Epson printer. I've tried every way possible with no luck.

The hardward wizard states there was an error during
installation "RPC server is unavailable."

Your print spooler may have stopped. From a command prompt type:

net start spooler

You can also do this from 'Start|Control Panel|Administrative
Tools|Services'. Find the entry called "Remote Procedure Call (RPC)" (not
"Remote Procedure Call (RPC) Locator")
right click on it and select "Start" or "Restart"
