Default "running low on ink..."

"The printer hp2000c may be running low on ink.

To purchase ink, click the Purchase Ink button:"

I hate this message!! and I can't get it to go away, I
try clicking the 'remind me' button and change the
setting to 'never' but the message pops up again, and
again, and again every time I print. Help!!

I think the answer's obvious! Replace the empty cart...

Sorry but the answer is not that obvious, I'm not an
idiot. The ink cartridge is not low on ink, it does not
need to be replaced, and besides the fact, the 'never
remind me' function should work but it doesn't.

If you're not an idiot, why are you asking the question in
a Microsoft NG when the problem is with an HP driver?
