Windows latest Update

I was cleaning out the temp folders on my computer and saw there are
quite a few file in the Softwaredistribution folder dated from when the
aborted update was released October 9 through 12th.

For the best results of an upgrade with out problems should these files
be deleted before the fixed update starts to download.
