First, when NO compression is set for ANY folder.

Why does Disk Cleanup still show Compressed Old Files?

What comprises these Compressed Old Files?

And, yes, I know about the "Older than 50 days" option.

Because you can compress Files individually. If a file is not used for
whatever period of time is set, CleanUp will offer to compress them,
simple as that.

It doesn't. It shows you the possible space savings IF you compressed
old files, and it's offering to do that for you.


What comprises these Compressed Old Files?

And, yes, I know about the "Older than 50 days" option.
