Bad Bios flash.
During Bios flash ,K7N2 ,bios v3.0 to v3.9, I think I
booted from the rescue floppy disk.Now I have five or six loud rattles through bootup.I have reflashed properly since but rattles remain.And since I updated drivers for Nvidia onboard VGA to v53.03 all my other problems have gone.

When it makes these noises, see if your floppy light comes on at the same
