Default Stop Outlook E-mails

I have been progressively losing space on my hard drive for nearly a
year. I have now found that Outlook has been receiving e-mails and
storing them. My preferred offline browser is Agent.

I have broadband 24/7 and I'd like to kept Outlook's calendar bur dump
the e-mail facility.

I am safe for a little while since I just deleted 4Gb of outlook
files.

Best wishes

Colin

Default Stop Outlook E-mails

If you didn't want to use the email function of outlook, run it without setting
up an email account. It will have default folders but no email will download as
it doesn't have an account associated with the outlook profile. Alternatively,
just right click outlookpropertiesshow profilespropertiesemail accountsview
or change existing email accounts and delete all of the email accounts. You
should have a default outlook.pst folder though and it shouldn't increase much
in size if at all since it can't download any emails without an account. You'll
be able to access the other features of outlook.
