Default Changin Languages

I want to be able to type and change all english into
Japanese but I have no idea what to do. Please someone
help me I can't find anything out anywhere.

Adam

You can change the abvility to type and display a foreign language in XP,
but if you mean change the default English language in XP to a foreign
language, you cannot do this.
