Windows XP Hibernate

I have a Dell Inspiron E1705 running Windows XP Media Center Edition, SP3.
It recently has started hanging up when turned on after hibernating. I have
to shut it down and restart the computer. Any ideas on how to troubleshoot
this problem or what may be causing it?
