Default how to move boot XP drive contents as a whole

Dear all,

I have a boot master HDD for Windows XP of limited size (4 Gb) and I'd like
to replace the HDD for another one with larger size.
Is there an option to move the contents as a whole? I read about CD image,
but is there also something HDD image?

Best regards,

Marcel

I'd use Acronis TrueImage.
