RUNDLL and Windows Live Communications Platform problems
I'm in a desperate situation......I found a number of virus/infections on my
computer and managed to resolve the problems I was having, I managed to delete all the virus/infections but now I'm having problems, every time I log on I get an error message about a run.dll and when logging into Windows Live Messenger, I manage to log in but then a message pops up advising an error has occurred with Windows Live Communications Platform and do I want to send an error report, then Messenger closes.......I have no idea what to.......I am thousands of miles away from home (and my software CDs etc) and my computer is a netbook and therefore I have no drives (CD,DVD,floppy) only USB ports and thankfully still my internet connection. Any help would be so highly appreciated......I really don't know what to do! |

Download, install, update and run these scans: Malwarebytes© Corporation http://www.malwarebytes.org/mbam/program/mbam-setup.exe SuperAntispyware http://www.superantispyware.com/supe...freevspro.html Download and install Mozilla Thunderbird, or one of the other free email clients. This can help till you can get access to the software, a CD. drive, etc. -- Joe =o) |
