Default Active Directory Administration Client

Yes. This is the W2k3 Adminpak.msi=20
As W2k3 is due for release in a couple weeks,=20
perhaps the final version is / will soon be=20
available at microsoft.com/downloads.
At any rate, if only the beta/rc version is now=20
available it may be better for you to wait.

In an NT4 network environment, you did not have to have=20
NT to administer the network. You could copy the "User=20
Manager" and "Server Manager" to any OS and administer=20
user and machine rights as long as you has the=20
appropriate permissions.
In an Active Directory environment is there such a client=20
that can be used on an XP Pro OS to be able to administer=20
the same functionality as your could with a 2K machine=20
using Administrative Tools\Active Directory Users and=20
Computers?
