You might want to invest in some more ram. 192 Mb's is pretty low.
What OS are you using?

Default pc running slow

1) Take as many of those "auto-start" programs out as you can. I'm very
much against "app spam" where every software maker decides arbitrarily that
you absolutely NEED their program/laucher/preloader to come up as soon as
the computer does. Skype and Yahoo Messenger don't take that much time to
load once your system is running, so why have all those things start with
Windows?

2) Double your RAM at least. 512MB will make XP very comfortable and
improve boot times greatly. And with RAM being somewhat cheap these days,
its not that much of a cost even if you have to replace your existing RAM.

3) Grab a good anti-spyware program, or two, or three, and scour your
machine. I recommend Spybot Search&Destroy, Microsoft's Windows Defender,
AdAware, and CounterSpy. Spybot has an excellent innoculation function that
keeps spyware from getting in at all. AdAware and CounterSpy have great
removal capabilities, but CounterSpy is only free for 15 days. And Windows
Defender is very good as well, however its active protection has a much
bigger footprint than Spybot's.

4) DEFRAG! Do a disk cleanup and defrag at least monthly. Its amazing how
many people never do this and are shocked to see how much their performance
improves once they clean up the mess that passes itself off as their
filesystem.

You will undoubtedly get messages telling you to increase the amount
of RAM. Although 192MB is certainly on the low side, I doubt if it's
the cause of that kind of slowness you're seeing. Also, I'm assuming
that you're talking about a recent slowdown, not something that's been
there all along. If that assumption is correct, the amount of RAM
isn't the issue.

The problem is her pc running really slow

You did a virus scan, but you don't say anything about non-viral
malware--spyware and adware. These are becoming more and more of a
problem. I can't tell you that that's the problem for sure, of course,
but the first thing to do is make sure that your system is
malware-free. I recommend that you go to Malke's Malware Removal site
at http://www.elephantboycomputers.com/...moving_Malware and
follow the instructions there.

And she got 64 processes in task manager

That's not at all unusual, and doesn't indicate a problem.

Shall i does do a rebuild?

I strongly recommend that you do *not* do this. Although it almost
certainly will solve the problem, it's a lot of work, and fixes the
problem without finding out what caused it. If the problems
you are experiencing are as result of something you've done improperly
like allow malware to get loaded (which is very likely), and you just
reinstall without finding out what happened, you will probably quickly
repeat the same error and find yourself back where you started.

Running processes are not the same thing as Apps that auto start on boot up
64 processes is no big deal
The apps that show in your task bar, select their options often its possible
to change them there
Or use msconfig.exe to amend your start-ups. and ensure you know what you
are disabling; NB don't mess with the other tabs

As others have said, you don't have sufficient ram

To edit your startup programs, click on start, go to run. In the run
box, type MSCONFIG and press enter. Go to the startup tab at the end
of the screen. You can uncheck items here to prevent them from
starting up. Ignore everything else on this screen. You can do some
real damage from here.

Here is a tip. Know what your unchecking. If you dont reconize a
process, then google it. Also look for startup programs in the start
menu, all programs, startup folder.
