I have a recent HP laptop with WINXP PRO at SP3. Sometime recently, perhaps
when XP3 was installed, open windows no longer appear as buttons on the
start bar. "Hide Inactive Icons" is not set. As it is now I do not know
when a window is minimized and have no way to swap to another window from
the start bar. Any suggestions? Thanks.
